"I bought an eSIM and the tax..."
I bought an eSIM and the tax invoice showed up right away, along with the receipt. No hassle at all, which I’m sure other customers will appreciate too when they need their documents quickly.
"I used Mobimatter to top up my..."
I used Mobimatter to top up my eSIM and renew my plan, and it was straightforward. The payment went through quickly, and the data showed up after just a few minutes. I didn’t have to set everything up again, which was probably the best part because when you’re traveling and just need the internet to work... yeah. It did what I needed without any hassle, so I’d use it again...

"The eSIM itself worked okay and I got..."
The eSIM itself worked okay and I got charged without any issue, but the data usage in the app didn’t seem to update or match what my phone was showing. It made it hard to tell how much data I actually had left, which is annoying when you’re traveling and trying not to run out.

"Easy to compare, even though I usually stick with my usual provider"
I’m usually loyal to the travel SIM/eSIM service I already know, so I was a little hesitant to try MobiMatter. But the plan comparison made it really easy. The amount of data and how many days it was valid for were shown clearly, so I didn’t have to keep clicking around or digging for details. I just picked the one that fit my trip, checked out without any hassle, and felt like I knew exactly what I was paying for. I’d definitely consider using MobiMatter again, even if it means cheating on my usual go-to a bit

"Really handy for bouncing around Europe"
I used MobiMatter for a regional eSIM while traveling through Europe, and it made things a lot easier than my last trip, when I had to keep buying local SIM cards in different countries. This time it just kept working whenever I crossed a border, which was such a relief.
Setup was straightforward overall. I did have to restart my phone once before the data kicked in, but after that it was fine. Speeds were good enough for Google Maps, WhatsApp, looking up train times, and the usual travel stuff.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I think the app could do a better job explaining the network options and what to expect. Still, it saved me a lot of hassle, and I’d definitely consider using it again for another multi-country trip.

"Signup was simple, but did anyone else have to check an email to log in?"
Signing up was easy and everything went through without any hassle. When I tried to log in, it took me a minute because I had to check my email first, but after that it worked fine. Curious if that’s how it went for other people too

"Pretty good overall, though the currency display could be clearer"
The site was easy enough to use, and I really appreciated seeing prices in my own currency, that’s a big plus and makes shopping feel more straightforward. The language setting worked fine too, even if a few translated bits sounded a little odd here and there. Checkout was smooth and didn’t give me any trouble. I’d give it 4 stars because it’s definitely a good experience for the value, but a little polishing on the translations and currency display would make it feel more reliable

"I liked that they were upfront about the..."
I liked that they were upfront about the throttling rules before I bought it, so I knew what to expect. It worked fine during my trip and there weren’t any annoying surprises. A friend had recommended it to me, i’m glad I went with it.

"Checkout was quick and easy"
I bought my eSIM the whole payment part went through without any trouble. I was kind of confused for a second because I expected there to be extra steps or some weird issue, but nope, it was just simple. No errors, no hassle, and the confirmation came fast too. It was way smoother than I thought it would be.

"Hotspot worked smoothly for me"
I used MobiMatter during my trip and the hotspot worked fine for my laptop. I didn’t test it heavily or in every area, so I can’t say how it would be everywhere, but for what I needed, the speed was good enough and there wasn’t any weird setup. Overall, I was happy with it

"Worked okay, but support felt a bit passed around"
I used mobimatter on my trip and overall it did the job most of the time. Setting it up was straightforward, which I appreciated, but the data speeds were kind of hit or miss. In the city it worked well, but there were times when maps took forever to load or regular pages were slow. I also felt a bit passed around when trying to figure things out, which was a little frustrating. It wasn’t awful by any means, but I expected it to be more consistent. Fine if you just need basic data here and there

"Easy setup, but activation took a bit"
Installing the eSIM was straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough for me to follow. I’m not totally sure if it was my phone or the service, but activation took longer than I expected and I had to restart my phone twice. After that, though, it seemed to work fine.

"Refund was easy, thankfully"
I accidentally bought the wrong eSIM and reached out to cancel it before I used anything. Support got back to me quickly, and the refund was handled without any back-and-forth nonsense. I thought it was going to be a whole thing, because refunds usually are, but it was surprisingly simple. I’d use them again
"Promo code worked, but I was a bit unsure after paying"
I’ve used mobimatter a few times now and the promo code went through without any issues. The referral reward showed up too, not instantly, but it did appear eventually. I’ll admit I felt a little distrustful after payment because the app didn’t make the reward status super clear, so I wasn’t sure if everything had actually gone through properly. In the end it was fine, but that part could be better. Overall, it’s been reliable enough for me

"Worked well and the price was much better"
I used Mobimatter for a recent trip it was way cheaper than what my regular mobile provider was offering. I remember checking the price twice because the difference was noticeable. Setup was quick too, I think the longest part was just making sure I selected the right plan and had the eSIM details lined up properly. The amount of data felt fair for what I paid, and I didn’t run into any weird extra charges or surprise fees, which I always look out for. Everything just worked as expected. I’d definitely use it again.

"Worked fine, but the wait was annoying"
I got the order confirmation almost immediately, so I figured the eSIM email would show up right after. Instead, I ended up waiting around longer than expected, which was frustrating because I wasn’t sure if something had gone wrong. It did eventually arrive, and setup was smooth once I had it. Overall, it worked fine, but I really wish the delivery timing was clearer...

"Good prices, but the app can be a little glitchy"
I was using the app while sitting on my couch after dinner, just trying to check out a few deals, and the prices were good. The only annoying part is that it froze on me twice, which kind of killed the vibe. It works overall, but I hope they fix the crashing.

"I had a little hiccup getting…"
I had a little hiccup getting my eSIM set up, so I reached out to support... and they actually got back to me faster than I thought they would!! They helped me sort it out without a million back-and-forth messages, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t totally perfect, since I did have to wait a bit at the start, but overall?? Good service, and I’d definitely use them again!
"Solid coverage and reliable enough for my standards"
I used a mobimatter eSIM on my trip and, overall, it held up well. I’m a bit picky about having dependable data when I travel, especially for maps and messaging, and the coverage was good in most places I went, including trains and smaller towns. Setup only took a few minutes and wasn’t complicated.
The connection stayed steady enough for WhatsApp, directions, and quick searches. It did cut out once in a basement and got a little slow at night, but it usually bounced back quickly. For my personal standard, I’d say it was a solid experience, just not completely flawless.
